Fragile Items Our ceramics and pottery pieces are delicate works of art. Every order is carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will make it right.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
